A Smarter, Sleeker Interface

X4 brings a clean, modern refresh to your Control4 touchscreens, remotes, and mobile apps. The home screen now showcases your Favorites and active Media Sessions right up front, with a Quick Actions bar at the top for fast access to your most-used commands, like lighting, motorized shades, or music. Use Control4 in more than one property? X4 introduces a handy Property Selector in the top corner that makes it simple to switch between homes to control systems remotely. And on the left side of the screen, a sleek sidebar lets you jump into different rooms or devices with ease. Unlike earlier versions, X4 gives you much more flexibility to tailor the platform layout. You can add or remove widgets, prioritize what appears, and make the system feel uniquely yours.

Better Than Ever for Apple Users

If you’re a dedicated Apple product user, this next bit is especially for you: Control4 now plays even more nicely with Apple. X4 introduces direct integration with iPhones, Mac computers, and Apple CarPlay.
